More and more banks, insurance and corporate
clients are requiring bills that conform to specific formats. They generally
require UTBMS (Uniform Task Based Management System) coding. The bills
are sent in the form of a text file and generally are attached to e-mail
or uploaded to a specific site for processing.
Electronic billing in precise formats are easier for
the client to review and generally simplify and speed up the approval
for payment.
The list of formats provided by DDI Rev 7.3 is updated on an on-going
basis as required by our users.
